Check the host’s house rules, guest limits and quiet hours, obtain written permission for the proposed gathering and equipment, and comply with the booking platform’s policies. Airbnb prohibits disruptive gatherings and open-invite parties. Host permission does not override those rules. We can discuss delivery only where the proposed use is permitted.
A suitable function room, hotel or other venue that permits your celebration may be an alternative. Tell us about the room, expected group size, access and agreed music finish time. Respect neighbours, keep noise within venue limits and arrange a responsible adult to supervise safe equipment use.
Packages start at £149 for weekend hire, with a powerful speaker, wireless microphones, karaoke laptop, 32-inch lyrics screen and stand, mixer, Bluetooth music playback and disco lights. We deliver, set up and demonstrate the controls; your organiser runs the music and karaoke. Optional screens and delivery supplements are agreed before payment.
Choose an available Friday or Saturday, confirm your details and arrange delivery. Your date is held for 24 hours while we check the quote and provide private BACS instructions. Your £25 deposit is part of the hire price. We confirm once payment is received and checked, with the remaining balance and agreed extras paid at setup. Collection is on Sunday. The named hirer must be aged 21 or over.
By agreement, where the host and booking conditions permit the gathering and equipment. Provide written permission, the full postcode, access times and quiet-hour restrictions before booking.
The person arranging and accepting the hire must be 21 or over. Guests may be younger, with appropriate supervision and compliance with the venue rules.
