Your evening, from first arrivals to the final track
A suggested running order for your hotel or office party: 7–8pm — background music as guests arrive, chat and settle into the atmosphere. 8–10.30pm — karaoke: invite colleagues and guests to choose songs, share duets and join the singalongs. 10.30–11pm — disco classics to finish on the dance floor. Adjust the timings to suit your guests and the venue’s agreed finish time. With the £149 self-run hire, your organiser controls the music and karaoke; an attended DJ or host is not included.
Equipment hire, with your own host
The package supplies the speaker, karaoke laptop, wireless microphones, lyrics screen, mixer, Bluetooth music playback and disco lights. Your staff or organiser run the entertainment after the setup demonstration; an attended DJ or karaoke host is not included.
A named business and authorised representative
The booking should name the legal business hiring the equipment, its address and the authorised representative. If a private individual hires for their own event at a hotel or pub, the venue does not automatically become the contracting customer.
Payment before handover, without credit terms
The £25 booking deposit is part of the £149 hire price. The balance and agreed mileage supplement are payable at setup before the equipment is handed over for use. A purchase order or a promise to pay after the event does not replace payment.
Agree commercial-use arrangements first
Discuss the event, public-performance permissions, venue safety, access and software arrangements with us before payment. Venue permissions and music licences may be needed separately from the karaoke software subscription. Midweek events require individually agreed delivery and collection.
